In most instances, we can make an offer in 1-5 business days. However, some deals are more complex and do require more research on our end.
Every deal we do goes through a title company. That title company handles the final disposition of the funds. The two ways the funds are typically dispersed are:

A purchase agreement, or PA, is simply our agreement that you want to sell your property to us. The PA spells out all the terms and the final purchase price, the $ amount you will receive at closing.
